Fatigue Defensive Driving
To help prevent fatigue when riding you should:

Ride in short sleeves shirt with no gloves to allow the wind to keep you awake.

Dress to protect yourself fully from wind, heat, cold and rain and not ride any longer than two hours at a time.

WhyRiding a motorcycle is more fatiguing than driving a car. Take a break at least every two hours, and ensure your clothing is appropriate for the weather conditions.
