Terms & Conditions – EasyDrivingTest.com.au

EasyDrivingTest.com.au (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online DKT Practice Test and Hazard Perception Test preparation tools and courses to Australian learner drivers. By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

EasyDrivingTest.com.au is an Australian online service that offers digital practice tests, study resources and courses to help you prepare for the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) and Hazard Perception Test (HPT). References to “you” and “your” mean any website visitor, account holder or paying customer.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

  • You must be at least 18, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to use the website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only.
  • You must not copy, scrape or reproduce our content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use bots or automated tools that overload our systems.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the platform.

3. Our services

Our services include online DKT Practice Tests, Hazard Perception Test practice scenarios, study guides, progress tracking and related digital tools described on the site at the time you purchase.

We may update, improve, add or remove features and courses over time. Where a change significantly affects an existing paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.

4. Prices, payments and refunds

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and will state whether they include GST where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; by purchasing you authorise them to charge your chosen payment method.

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, refunds may be limited, but your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

If a course or digital product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, it is not supplied as described or is unavailable due to our fault), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-supply or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

6. No official test, no guarantee of passing

Our DKT Practice Test and Hazard Perception Test practice materials are designed to help you study, but they are not the official Transport for NSW or other state or territory tests. We do not guarantee that any specific question or scenario will appear in a real exam, or that you will pass any test or obtain a licence.

You are responsible for checking the latest official rules and requirements with the relevant road authority in your state or territory.

7. Accounts and security

If you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login information confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property in the website, including practice questions, hazard perception clips, text, layout, graphics, logos, icons and software. You may use our content for your personal study only and must not copy, sell, distribute, publish or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except where allowed by law.

9. Third-party links, tools and ads

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, tools or advertisements (including Google AdSense and analytics services). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and may be subject to different terms and privacy rules; you should read their policies before using them.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law and subject to your non-excludable consumer rights, we provide the site and services “as is” and exclude all other warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss resulting from your reliance on information on the site instead of official government material
  • Interruptions, errors, technical issues, viruses or security problems beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions or omissions of third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting and advertising networks

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business or the law. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
