2. What we provide
Easy Driving Test provides practice material for driver knowledge and hazard perception tests in Australia. We are an independent publisher and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any state or territory road authority.
Our questions are modelled on official test formats but are not the official test. Passing a practice test does not promise you'll pass in your official test.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are for a single learner unless you hold a family or institutional licence. You must be at least 15 years old, or have parent or guardian consent, to create an account.
4. Payment
Premium is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You must not copy, scrape, resell or republish our question bank, explanations, video clips or diagrams. You must not attempt to interfere with the service or access it by automated means.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the service, other than material reproduced from public sources under licence, is owned by us or our licensors. Road sign artwork is reproduced in a generic form for educational purposes.
7. Disclaimer
Road rules change. While we review our content regularly, you must confirm current requirements with your state road authority. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on our practice material.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
